Here is the step-by-step guide to participating in the Survey.
- Visit the official Loblaws & No-Frills consumer feedback online survey website at https://www.storeopinion.ca.
- Choose the language of your choice to do the survey. You can survey English, Mandarin, French and Punjabi.
- Enter the 16 to 21 digit survey code displayed on the order receipt.
- After entering the code, click on the red arrow next to the box. Then, you’ll be directed to the feedback questionnaire.
There will be a few questions that you need to answer honestly. You can share your past negative feedback or any other feedback that you may have. The kind of feedback that you share will not affect the winning chances of this contest. So, you can share genuine feedback about your visit to any of the supermarket stores or restaurants.

After calling the number, follow the IVR instructions that are given on the call. Participating in this feat sweepstakes program via IVR is not recommended because it is very hard to give your feedback and also the process is slow.

Storeopinion.Ca or Inmoment.Com Survey is available in four major languages.
- French Customers can take the feedback survey in their call language French.
- All Chinese citizens can do the survey in the Mandarin language.
- surprisingly the survey is not available in Hindi but the Storeopinion survey is available in the Punjabi language. This is not a big surprise as there are a lot of Punjabi people living in Canada.
- Canadien residents and all other international customers can give their feedback in the English language.
